- If you receive a permanent benefit or for a period of over 60 months – the monthly benefit to which you are entitled is deemed your average benefit.
- If you receive a temporary benefit for less than 60 months, or you have less than 60 months remaining before you receive an old-age pension, your average benefit is calculated as follows:
